Refund Policy

At WITHHEAVENONWORLD, we aim to provide a transparent and reliable shopping experience. Please review the following terms carefully.

1. Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled or modified within 12 hours of payment, provided fulfillment has not begun.

  • Once an order enters processing or shipping, changes are no longer possible.

  • Approved cancellations are subject to a 6.9% + $1 handling fee to cover non-recoverable transaction costs.

2. Return Window

We accept return requests within:

  • 30 days from purchase date, or

  • 14 days after delivery (whichever occurs later).

Returned items must:

  • Be unused and in original condition

  • Include all packaging and included accessories

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return results from damage, defects, or fulfillment error.

Return authorization is required. Please contact service@withheavenonworld.us before shipping any item back.

3. Refund Conditions

Refunds are issued when:

  • The product arrives damaged or defective

  • An incorrect item was delivered

  • The order fails to arrive within the guaranteed timeframe (documentation required)

For discretionary returns, refunds are issued after inspection of the returned item. Processing time is typically 5–10 business days.

4. Replacements

Carrier-confirmed non-delivery qualifies for a free replacement.
Reshipping due to customer address error requires additional postage payment.

5. Exclusions

Returns or refunds are not available for:

  • Customer-caused delays

  • Custom or pre-sale items (unless faulty)

  • Unauthorized returns

  • Delivered packages reported missing

  • Force majeure circumstances
